little changes
- fixed design issues with Opera 9 and IE 7
- stuff rating works now
- (Kingtimes) average TT in Kingtimes corrected
- country and team are displayed in userlevellist
BTW: It would be great if s.o. cann compose some news about acual events like the MC2. Just create a new thread in the news-forum.
